Aloft Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The hotel itself is in very good condition. The rooms and common areas were clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which we truly appreciated. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall cleanliness met our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk during check-in on December 31 was disappointing. The front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional, which made the check-in process uncomfortable. We also noticed that other guests experienced similar treatment that same evening, so it did not seem like an isolated incident. It’s a shame because the hotel has many positive qualities, but the front desk interaction left a negative impression. With better customer service at check-in, this would have been a much more enjoyable

Perfectly located with major shopping and restaurants within a short distance. Love the sidewalks that allows for walking and/or running. The rooms are very clean and the decor is contemporary. Much better than some others I've stayed in like Dallas. Enjoyed my view of the lake in the community across the way - very soothing. I loved the room setup, but that shower could be a death trap as the shower floor is extremely slippery and could be very dangerous for a solo traveler. Not being able to get a set of towels/washcloths was kind of disappointing. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to other travelers.

We had a great stay! Had the best welcome with Mell, the receptionist. Her good energy and positive vibes instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable, the check-in was super quick and effortless, a good example of how great staff is important in hospitality! Will come back! The hotel is quite new, super clean and even pet friendly, highly recommend!

We have stayed here twice because we love this place so I had to give a review. Always such a great experience! Tonight Gio checked us in at the front desk and was as pleasant as he could be, treated us SO well. Asked if we needed anything, made sure we were all settled in. Thank you Gio! We stopped at the bar to grab a drink after a long day and Ally is the best bartender I’ve ever had! Super pleasant people here. The hotel is gorgeous and modern. We LOVE ALOFT and will ALWAYS pay more (if needed) or go out of our way to stay at aloft! We know what to expect and it’s been amazing every time! Also this is the BEST location If you’re coming to Orlando. Great middle point between Disney and universal

This hotel has gone above and beyond every stay that Im in the area. Im here 70% of the time for business and I get to the area often. The staff is always friendly and ready to be amazing for anyone checking in. The location is convenient to several spots to eat and shop (Next to the outlets) and close enough to the freeway to be able to explore Orlando when and if time permits

I love staying at the Aloft anywhere I go cause of the customer service. However there's always an issue with the room. The first bathroom door is hard to close cause its off the hinges but that dont bother me. However the door that separates toilet closes. And the glass soap shelf in the showers is leaning so nothing stays on it. Other than that. Cant complain, clean room. Nice, spacious, beautiful view

This hotel is not your normal style. Lobby looks a bit industrial city style but very cool. Lobby has a nice bar and a pool table which was nice to have for a dad’s weekend. Music plays loud so does not seem too family friendly. The rooms were cool and clean. Pool is small but good to hang out with a drink. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything is great about this hotel. Modern, very clean, and an amazing bar and lobby area. Rooms are spacious. But no microwaves in the room. That was the only downfall. Thank god, I travel with my mini air fryer. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.
